Benefits of Joining the Home Builders’ Association

·        The Association works together with manufacturers, financial institutions, warranty programs and governments to be better informed and effect change in the industry.

·        Medical and Dental Insurance coverage is available for your organization. 

·        Members adhere to a Code of Ethics from the National Building Code of Canada.  Please see the Code of Ethics stated on the back cover of the membership application.

·        Monthly membership dinner meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month (except July & August) to network with fellow members and receive information on current issues and events.

·        Improve your business through knowledge gained from publications that you receive and the exchange of information and ideas at meetings, seminars, training sessions and conferences.

·        Network with colleagues and professionals in the residential home building industry at the provincial and national level by attending the annual Provincial and National Conferences.

·        Members may display material in the Consumer Resource Centre located on the lower level of CHBA-EN office.  Consumers visit the office on a daily basis seeking home building information.

·        Members have access to group advertising to aid in promotion of your business.

·        Your company will be listed in the CHBA-EN Membership Directory.  This directory is distributed to each member of the Association and supplied to consumers who visit the Resource Centre.  The directory is also available online at www.nfbuilders.com
